How to work with electrofusion big coupler

Hello Dear Rudy,

For our large size EF couplers, there are two fusion zones.

Like the following picture shows.

If you just have one EF machine, there is no problem.

Just seperate the fusion. 

First, you must put the two section pipes into the coupler.

Then to weld left side.

Scan the pre-heat barcode first, and finish the fusion, to cool down for 5 minutes.

After that, scan the white fusion barcode, and cool down for 45 minutes.

When the fusion part is welding, you could t/utn to another side.

The same steps as above.

There will be also the manual on  the body of the coupler.
